Price will be based on a Per Pound Basis Hanging Weight plus Processing Fees. Pick up in Loveland CO or Wiggins CO.

Cuts in a 1/4 or 1/2 beef include: Soup bones, Short Ribs, Rib Steak/Roast, Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Sirloin Tip Steak/Roast, Sirloin Steak, T-bone/Porterhouse or NY Strip/Filet, Round Steak, Rump Roast, Pikes Peak Roast, Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Brisket and Organ Meat. Beef will be hung for 14 days and can be hung longer for an additional charge.
